Enterprise Science Integration Promotes Development Science and Technology Empowerment Helps Revitalization
In order to celebrate the 104 anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, on July 1, the Party branch of Xinjiang Jiuzhonghe cotton seed Co., Ltd. and the Party branch of Cotton Research Institute of Xinjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences jointly launched the theme party day activity of "enterprise science integration, development, science and technology empowerment and revitalization.
In the theoretical study link, all personnel thoroughly studied General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on ethnic work, "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" work, scientific and technological work, and style construction, as well as classic documents of party history, so as to further strengthen the sense of community of the Chinese nation. At the Manas Experimental Station of the Cotton Institute of Xinjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences and the demonstration site for high-yield cotton research, all party members reviewed the oath of joining the Party and read the Party Constitution on the spot, so as to enhance the political consciousness of party members to devote themselves to rural revitalization.
During the on-site visit, Xu Haijiang, deputy director of the Cotton Research Institute of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and other experts and teachers introduced to the young party members the application of advanced technologies such as the selection and breeding of new cotton varieties, efficient cultivation mode, water and fertilizer integration technology, and green prevention and control of diseases and insect pests. Everyone conducted in-depth discussions on industrial bottlenecks such as cotton resistance and quality improvement, and the atmosphere was warm.
