At the same time, the heads of each center gave lectures on administration, human resources, financial system, OA office system operation specifications, etc. to help new employees master efficient working methods, to quickly integrate into the post to build a solid theoretical foundation.

During the visit and study, the new employees walked into the seed science exhibition hall, innovation laboratory, experimental field and processing plant in turn.
