Organizational Culture, Gathering New talents and doing solid work-Joinhope Holding Group's First New Employee Training Successfully Held in 2026

Recently, the first phase of induction training for new employees of Joinhope Holding Group Co., Ltd. in 2026 was successfully held in Joinhope Industrial Park. This training was carried out in the form of a combination of "on-site online". 43 new employees from various units gathered together to complete the "first lesson" with full enthusiasm, officially starting a new journey of working together with the Joinhope and taking responsibility.

At the opening ceremony, Yao Xin, President of Joinhope Holding Group Co., Ltd., extended a warm welcome to all new employees. He pointed out that the purpose of this training is to help new employees deeply understand the company's strategy and cultural core, and lay a solid foundation for competent job responsibilities and long-term development. In combination with enterprise development and personnel training, Yao Xin stressed that "there is a place for success, and there is a place for success". He also put forward five expectations to all new employees: first, they should integrate quickly, "understand the company", cherish learning opportunities, deeply understand the company's development history, culture, strategy and responsibilities, break the boundary and build consensus; Second, we should maintain a "zero-clearing mentality", put down the past aura, and take the initiative to learn with an empty cup mentality, learn from books, practice, colleagues and the market, and increase true knowledge in front-line positions; Third, we should pay attention to the transformation of experience, deeply combine our own experience with the industrial scene, transform our mature ability into the actual combat ability of adapting business, and innovate and break through in integration. Fourth, we must firmly believe that "there is a place for success", bravely shoulder heavy responsibilities and take the initiative based on our posts, and win recognition with our achievements, win the stage with contribution; Fifth, we must anchor the long-term, maintain strategic stability, make a clear career plan, integrate personal ideals into enterprise development, and make sure to move forward on their respective tracks for a long time. Yao Xin sent a message to the new employee: "A group of people, a lifetime, one thing." I hope everyone will uphold the original mission of "creating high-quality products and serving agriculture" and move forward on the broad platform of Joinhope.

The training courses closely follow the growth needs of new employees, focus on core content such as strategic planning, corporate culture, business processes, and system specifications, and adopt a combination of classroom explanations, team interaction and on-site visits and learning to help new employees fully understand the core of corporate spirit and clarify Work norms to improve job adaptability.

This training has built a growth empowerment platform for new partners, further enhanced the sense of belonging, identity and responsibility, and consolidated the talent foundation for the company's high-quality development.
