
In order to thoroughly implement the national "Safety Production Month" work arrangement, further strengthen the awareness of safety responsibility of all employees, and compact the main responsibility of safety production, recently, Joinhope Holding Group Co., Ltd. organized all employees to carry out special training on safety production management.

This training is closely related to the theme of "everyone stresses safety, everyone will respond to emergencies" and focuses on three major modules: safety production policies and regulations, implementation of enterprise safety main responsibility, and warning of typical accident cases. The lecturer systematically interprets the safety production guidelines and policies, the safety red line regulations and the key provisions of the new "Safety Production Law", and clarifies the punishment standards and legal responsibilities for various violations. Combining the park's fire protection, electrical equipment, warehouse management, occupational health and other on-site realities, clarify the safety responsibilities of all levels and positions, and emphasize the vertical to the end, horizontal to the side, and comprehensive coverage of safety production responsibilities. At the same time, clear requirements are put forward for key tasks such as system construction, safety education, hidden danger investigation, emergency response, and safety guarantee investment. At the end of the training, a warning education film on safety production accidents in the grain industry was broadcast to sound the safety alarm bell with real cases. Through typical accident cases, the causes of accidents and the root causes of re-trading accidents were analyzed, all employees were warned to abandon paralysis and fluke mentality, deeply realized that "safety is no small matter, responsibility is greater than heaven", and always strictly abide by the bottom line of safety in production.

The whole training content is comprehensive and practical, with both legal interpretation, case analysis and practical guidance. All the participants studied carefully and thought deeply, further consolidated the theoretical basis of safety, clarified post safety responsibilities, and improved the ability of hidden danger identification and emergency disposal. In the next step, the company will use this training as a starting point to continue to deepen the construction of safety culture, promote the implementation of safety systems and regulations as a conscious action for all employees, and create a good atmosphere of "safety without bystanders and everyone is the first responsible person"., To build a solid safety foundation for the sustained, healthy and stable development of the enterprise.
