Recently, the 2026 college students and Guan Peisheng induction training of Joinhope Holding Group was officially opened in Changji Industrial Park. 53 fresh young people from colleges and universities all over the country gathered in the park to formally bid farewell to the young campus and rush to the fertile soil of industry, completing the transformation of identity and the advancement of growth, taking root in the modern agricultural track with a brand-new attitude, and starting a new journey of life to perform their duties and forge ahead.

At the opening ceremony of the training, He Xiang, vice chairman and executive vice president of Joinhope Holding Group Co., Ltd., attended the event and delivered a speech, expressing a warm welcome to a group of young students to stand out and join the Joinhope family. He recalled that since the group launched the "college student project" in 2015, it has been deeply cultivating young talents for more than ten years, and has gradually built a mature system, clear path and accurate youth growth and cultivation system. For more than ten years, batch after batch of young students have taken root here and grown up and transformed one by one: some people have focused on breeding research and bred many national and autonomous region-level excellent varieties; some have taken root in the market and promoted improved varieties and methods to thousands of households; Many outstanding graduates have gradually grown into the core management backbone of various business sectors after being tempered at the grassroots level and tempered by their positions.

Based on the needs of long-term cultivation of talents and high-quality development of the industry, in 2026, the Group will simultaneously implement the dual-track cultivation model of "Professional College Students Training Project" and "Management Training Plan", implement classified cultivation and dual-line empowerment, and continue to reserve the backbone of youth for the high-quality development of the seed industry. At the end of the speech, Shexiang placed high expectations on all new young employees in combination with the general trend of industry development and the law of enterprise growth.

First, we must sink our hearts and take root, and be a doer in the first line of deep cultivation. Agricultural cultivation follows the order of the season, and there is no shortcut to the growth of talents. Only by taking root downward can we grow upward. It is hoped that young students will abandon their impetuous mentality, take the initiative to go to the production base, the front line of the workshop and the front line of the market, deepen their practical operation scenes, consolidate their professional skills, regard the fertile soil at the grass-roots level as the best classroom for growth and experience, and accumulate their skills and refine their growth through down-to-earth sharpening.

Second, we must embrace change and be a professional who is upright and innovative. The current digital wave fully empowers traditional agriculture, AI, big data, intelligent tools have been deeply integrated into breeding research and development, field planting, deep processing, marketing and sales of the whole industry chain. New technology is an important starting point for industrial upgrading, but deep ploughing the front-line business cognition and the practical operation ability of the industry are the irreplaceable core competitiveness. I hope everyone will take the initiative to embrace scientific and technological changes, refine their digital skills, plough deep into the fields, get close to the origin of the industry, and temper their hard core skills in the blend of theory and practice.

Third, we must concentrate our efforts and be a co-traveler. It is expected that all young employees will always maintain a sense of teamwork, help each other in their positions, cooperate with each other in tacit understanding, unite their efforts in tackling tough problems, work together to solve development problems, and create industrial value with synergy.

Based on the growth needs of young people and the actual development of enterprises, a four-dimensional and systematic training system for enterprise cognition, deep cultivation of industries, system empowerment and literacy promotion has been set up to help new employees break down the barriers between campus and workplace and realize rapid growth and transformation with a precise, all-round and immersive empowerment mode. The course focuses on the group's development process, strategic layout, corporate culture and core values to help young employees to build a solid corporate identity and ideological foundation. At the same time, special courses on three characteristic industries of seed industry, oil processing and digital technology will be offered, and students will be organized to immerse themselves to visit the exhibition hall of the industrial park and scientific research and innovation laboratory to visually clarify the development layout of the whole industrial chain of the group and accurately grasp the development trend and prospect of the modern agricultural industry.

At the same time, the training focuses on the rigid needs and compliance development of the workplace, and systematically carries out special training on safety production, enterprise management system, job responsibility norms, etc. to strictly enforce workplace standards, build a solid bottom line of safety, and strengthen the sense of responsibility. Supporting practical courses such as OA digital office practice and business etiquette norms will comprehensively improve the digital office ability and comprehensive professional accomplishment of young employees, make up for the short board of ability and consolidate the foundation for performing duties, for the youth steady sailing, rapid growth escort.
