In order to thoroughly implement the rural revitalization strategy and continue to deepen the counterpart assistance work, recently, according to the work deployment of the party committee of the group company, Xinjiang Joinhope Agricultural Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. held a field technical service training activity in Miaogong Village, Sangong Town, Changji City. The aim is to further improve the scientific planting level of local growers through training.

Li Guang, director of the Institute of plant protection of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, and Ding Xinhua, a researcher, were specially invited to give on-site guidance. Local NPC deputies also actively participated in the event. At the training meeting, Li Guang focused on the key management technologies during the wheat filling period, and explained in depth the core contents of filling water and fertilizer management, effective prevention of dry and hot air, and the application of comprehensive technology of "one spray and three prevention", providing scientific guidance for growers to strengthen field management and accurately prevent and control diseases and insect pests. Ding Xinhua gave on-site lectures on the prevention and control of corn grass, insect pests and diseases, and explained in detail the weeding measures of corn, the occurrence period and prevention methods of common corn insect pests, as well as the prevention and control measures of corn stalk rot and ear rot, so as to provide help for growers to reasonably prevent and control diseases and insect pests and realize cost reduction and efficiency increase. In order to further improve the level of characteristic seed production industry in Miaegong Village, the training also arranged Zhu Qing, Minister of Quality Management Department of Joinhope Seed Industry Co., Ltd., to explain in detail the technical specifications for removing impurities in the field of seed production wheat, and led everyone to go deep into the field to identify the characteristics of miscellaneous plants on site, effectively improving the ability of growers to identify and remove miscellaneous plants, and laying a solid foundation for ensuring the purity of seed production wheat.

This training is one of a series of measures taken by the Party Committee of the Group Company to help Miaongcun to revitalize its industry. It not only provides technical support for the management of key growth periods of corn and wheat, but also highlights the synergy between Party building and enterprise-village linkage. In the next step, the Party Committee of the Group Company will continue to deepen the industrial assistance work, systematically enhance the industrial development capability of Miaongcun through multiple paths such as technological empowerment and industrial driving, effectively help villagers increase their income and become rich, and inject sustainable endogenous power into rural revitalization.
