
On January 4, Joinhope Holding Group Co., Ltd. organized a special training on the "2026-2028Joinhope Group Three-Year Development Plan Outline" (hereinafter referred to as the "Planning Outline"). All cadres of the group participated in the training through a combination of online and offline methods.

The training was conducted by Ma Xin, an industrial planner of Joinhope Holding Group Co., Ltd. and general manager of the Joinhope Academy of Agricultural Development Sciences, as the lecturer, and systematically interpreted the general theory, development ideas and overall goals of the "Planning Outline. All cadres have further deepened their understanding of the "Planning Outline" and strengthened their ideological consciousness and action orientation of taking the "Planning Outline" as the guide, promoting the gradual decomposition of goals, and coordinated implementation.

At the end of the training, Yao Xin, president of Joinhope Holding Group Co., Ltd., made a concluding speech. Yao Xin pointed out that the "Planning Outline" is the general principle and fundamental follow of the group's actions based on the new stage and leading the high-quality development in the next three years. Management cadres at all levels must focus on strategic landing and value creation, and focus on four aspects to play a key role. First, we should be a good translator and speaker, accurately convey and vividly explain the spirit of the outline, and ensure that the strategic intention runs through and reaches the front line. Second, we should be a good commando leader, take the lead in decomposing goals and formulating paths, and promote the transformation of plans into executable and verifiable action plans. Third, we should be a good coordination hub, actively break down barriers, allocate resources, and strengthen cross-center and cross-plate organization coordination and industrial chain coordination; fourth, we should adhere to the results-oriented, focus on value growth and efficiency improvement, jointly consolidate the core competitiveness of the group, and help the company achieve higher quality development. At the same time, Yao Xin stressed that all centers and industrial units should take immediate action, organize re-study, re-discussion, and re-decomposition of the "outline of the Plan," and quickly start the preparation of their own plans and 2026 goals.

"2026-2028Joinhope Group Three-year Development Plan Outline" is a programmatic document of the group's strategic thinking, strategic objectives and strategic tasks, and is the strategic guidance for the group's development in the next three years.
